With 6 different production lines, spiral freezing from production through to packing and the latest ultra sonic cutting equipment for perfect portion control, Maitre Paul are well placed to offer many formats of superb desserts at very competitive costs.

In terms of NPD, Maitre Paul have a team of chefs that are the envy of their competitors. Over the past two decades they have been responsible for introducing many and varied innovative desserts into the general European and UK markets.
