Bombay Halwa began life in the early seventies when Sir Gulam Noon, recognised an opportunity to make authentic Asian cuisine for the many immigrants arriving into the UK at the time.

From these relatively small beginnings grew a thriving business, building from the ever increasing desire of the UK population as a whole, to eat 'real' Asian foods.

Today from their CMI higher level approved manufacturing facilities in Southhall, West London, Bombay Halwa have become a major supplier of ethnic foods to many of Britain's largest retailers and foodservice providers.
